No More Pay and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The information and suggestions generated by our AI are based on the data you provide and publicly available financial information; we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Service. 5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will No More Pay, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; or (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data.

6. Intellectual Property

This Agreement does not transfer from No More Pay to you any No More Pay or third party intellectual property, and all right, title and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with No More Pay.

7. Modifications to Service and Terms

No More Pay reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We also reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Mumbai, Maharashtra.
